- Organizer
All programs and events offered by Delightful Driving Roadtrips are organized by Delightful Driving Roadtrips (referred to hereafter as the “organizer”).
The organizer is not responsible for any shortcomings or disruptions caused by third-party providers involved in the trip (e.g., accommodations, transportation, etc.).
Registration
Participants may only register using the provided online registration form. Registrations are binding and are reviewed in the order in which they are received. Each event is open to a limited number of participants.
- Payment of fees
Once officially registered, the organizer will send the participant a confirmation of registration and other pertinent information. Participants must comply with the payment deadlines and instructions sent to them by the organizer. Participation is only guaranteed when payment has been received by the organizer in full and on time.
The payment must be made within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of the order, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
Late or partial payments do not guarantee participation and may be subject to an administrative fee for refund processing or late registration management.
- Travel expenses
Costs for travel to and from the event are not included in the event fee. The participants are responsible for reserving and paying for these expenses themselves.
Cancellation by the Participant
Participants may cancel their booking at any time before the start of the tour by notifying Delightful Driving in writing via email.
For all standard Delightful Driving tours, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total booking price, regardless of the amount already paid.
The cancellation charges reflect the anticipated costs, organizational commitments and expected savings associated with cancelled bookings. Where required by applicable law, participants may demonstrate that the organizer has incurred no loss or a substantially lower loss than the stated cancellation charge.
Any applicable banking or transaction fees may be deducted from the refundable amount only where legally permitted and not already included in the cancellation charges.
In case of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, no refund will be provided for unused services, except where required by applicable law.
Special Cancellation Conditions – Sardinia Tours
Due to the advance financial commitments required by hotels, ferry operators and other local partners, Delightful Driving Sardinia tours are subject to stricter cancellation conditions.
The following conditions apply instead of the standard cancellation policy:

These special conditions apply to both Sardinia Drive & Relax and Sardinia Hardcore tours and take precedence over the standard cancellation policy.
Participant Substitution
If a registered participant is unable to attend a tour, transferring the booking to another eligible person is generally possible.
Participants are encouraged to contact Delightful Driving as early as possible to arrange a substitution.
Transfers are subject to the replacement participant meeting the applicable participation requirements and to any necessary changes to arrangements with hotels or other suppliers, in accordance with applicable law.
Where possible, substitutions will be arranged without additional charges. Any additional costs resulting from the transfer will be communicated in advance and limited to reasonable, actual expenses.
Participants are kindly requested to submit transfer requests at least 20 days before the start of the tour to allow sufficient time for the necessary arrangements. Transfers requested at shorter notice will be handled in accordance with applicable law and may involve additional costs.
The original participant and the replacement participant remain jointly responsible for any outstanding payments and applicable transfer costs.
Event Cancellation by the Organizer
Delightful Driving reserves the right to cancel a tour in the event of insufficient participation, unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, or other situations that prevent the event from taking place as planned, in accordance with applicable law.
Where cancellation is due to an insufficient number of participants, the minimum number required and the applicable notification deadlines must be specified in the booking conditions.
Participants will be informed as soon as possible if a tour must be cancelled.
If a tour is cancelled by Delightful Driving before departure, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made for the cancelled tour, within 14 days where required by applicable law.
Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their booking to another available Delightful Driving tour or receive a credit for a future event. Acceptance of either alternative is entirely voluntary.
Any entitlement to additional compensation shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
Delightful Driving strongly recommends that all participants arrange suitable travel cancellation insurance to protect themselves against unexpected circumstances, such as illness or other personal emergencies, that may prevent participation in the tour.
- Subject to change
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program. If necessary, changes may be made to its content, method and organization before or during the event, insofar as these changes do not substantially diminish the described benefits of the event for the participant.
- Scope of services
The scope of services, i.e hotel accommodation, meals, admission fees, etc. are mentioned specifically in the event description. Everything not mentioned in the event description is not included or part of the scope of services.
- Usage of data
In registering for an event, the participant grants the organizer the right to save and process his/her personal data. The Delightful Driving Roadtrips is solely responsible for saving and processing the data and fully complies with the Federal Data Protection Act. The data (comprised of the participant’s name, telephone and electronic contact info, business/billing address) is used for accounting and billing purposes, as well as for informing the participant about future events.
- Responsibility
The organizer is not liable for indirect damages, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or injuries resulting from participation in the events. Each participant is responsible for their own safety and must ensure they have valid insurance coverage for the duration of the event.

The place of jurisdiction is Usingen, Germany.
