There’s something magical about driving a sports car through the rolling hills of Tuscany. And when you do it with a group of true enthusiasts, it becomes even more unforgettable.
We’ve just wrapped up a private sports car tour in Tuscany organized for Club Lotus France: three days of scenic roads, perfect curves, and postcard-worthy landscapes.
Our journey started at Podere Caprili, a farmhouse surrounded by greenery and the perfect setting for a first evening dinner together. From there, we set off each morning with the right mix of driving and relaxation.
We crossed the Val d’Orcia, climbed up to Monte Amiata – a completely different landscape, full of forests and shade – and enjoyed lunch under the chestnut trees. Then on to Montalcino, where a car exhibition and a walk through the historic center were waiting for us. Photos, coffee, and beauty everywhere.
The final day brought us through the Crete Senesi and into the heart of Chianti, with a visit to a winery in Monteriggioni and a traditional Tuscan lunch to end the tour with a smile (and a glass of red wine).
Those who had a bit more time enjoyed a stroll through the village before saying goodbye.

This tour was tailor-made for Club Lotus France, and it’s a great example of what Delightful Driving can offer: private tours with sports cars or classic cars for individuals, couples, or groups.
If you have a sports or classic car, a group of friends, and a passion for scenic driving, get in touch — we’ll help you create your own custom-made road trip.

A heartfelt thank you to Club Lotus France for the trust and for choosing to experience this special journey with me. It was a real pleasure to guide you through the wonders of Tuscany, and I hope to see you again at a future event.
Special thanks also to Daniela from Pieve a Salti for the warm and flawless hospitality, and to the Municipality of Montalcino for their patronage and support in organizing the exhibition in the historic town center.
