Track day Tazio Nuvolari 5260: A unique Easter Monday
Straight from the airport to the track: that’s how my Easter Monday began — no chocolate eggs, just apexes and adrenaline. After four intense days exploring Sardinia for the next Delightful Driving tour, I jumped into a different kind of adventure: my first track day at Tazio Nuvolari 5260 with the LLCC crew.
It was my very first time on the new 5260-meter configuration of the circuit, and at first, I was honestly a bit lost. The layout is much more technical, with many more corners to master. It felt like starting from scratch.
Track day Tazio Nuvolari 5260: learning and progress lap after lap
But as always with track driving, lap after lap, everything started to click. The lines, the braking points, the rhythm — I found my groove and felt real progress by the end of the day.
This kind of driving isn’t just about pushing hard or chasing lap times. For me, it’s about learning: understanding your car, knowing your limits, and becoming a safer driver even on open roads. My personal limits are still far from the edge, but that’s exactly why perseverance matters.
Thanks, LLCC – and here’s the 2025 calendar!
A massive thanks to LLCC for organizing everything to perfection, as always. Their events offer a space to grow, learn, and truly enjoy the driving experience in a safe and professional environment.
