In 2026, Delightful Driving heads to a timeless alpine classic — for the first time with our group — with a carefully crafted Switzerland driving tour through the heart of the Swiss Alps, plus a rewarding detour into western Austria.

This is a tour designed first and foremost for those who love to drive: legendary roads, iconic mountain passes and scenery that never gets old. Highlights include the famous Hotel Belvedere viewpoint, the historic Tremola cobblestone switchbacks on the Gotthard Pass, and a sequence of flowing alpine roads that belong on every driver’s bucket list.

At the same time, co-drivers are far from an afterthought. Two nights are spent at the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen in Andermatt, an ideal base where drivers can chase perfect tarmac while co-drivers relax and recharge in the hotel’s wellness area, featuring an indoor heated pool with mountain views, whirlpools, sauna, steam bath and modern fitness facilities.

To maximise driving pleasure and avoid peak traffic, the core of the Switzerland driving tour takes place mid-week. After two unforgettable nights in Andermatt, the route continues east through the Rhine Valley, delivering more mountain passes, smooth curves and wide-open views. On Saturday, we cross into Austria to enjoy some of the region’s finest driving roads before concluding the tour in the afternoon.
