DOLOMITES TOUR: A CLOUDY ADVENTURE

DOLOMITES TOUR: A CLOUDY ADVENTURE

On Wednesday evening, we kicked off our tour of the Dolomites with a spectacular ascent to Passo Sella to capture a magical moment: a group photo at sunset. The atmosphere was enchanting, with the sun setting behind the majestic peaks, giving us all an indelible memory.

On Thursday, after our usual tasty breakfast, we fired up our cars and launched into the heart of our tour: the legendary Sellaronda. Despite the morning fog, the empty roads allowed us to fully enjoy the route. We admired the impressive Fedaia Pass with its imposing dam and crossed numerous other passes that make this fantastic area unique. The day was a succession of emotions and breathtaking views.

On Friday morning, unfortunately, incessant rain prevented us from going to the kart track. A pity, but also a good reason to come back next year and challenge ourselves, hoping for a sunny day. We therefore opted to explore the Passo Mendola and Palade Pass.

The descent of Palade Pass gave us a view of Merano. We then ended the morning with a typical lunch in Avelengo, which lifted our spirits and gave us some serenity.

Despite the adverse conditions, the group’s enthusiasm remained high and the company was really enjoyable.

On Saturday morning, the skies finally opened up again and we concluded our tour with a visit to the magnificent Lake Carezza. The spectacular view of this magical place repaid all efforts, leaving us all with a smile and a promise to return.
